Lean and Six Sigma are two popular methodologies used by businesses to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase customer satisfaction.

While Lean and Six Sigma are two separate methodologies, they are often used together in what is known as Lean Six Sigma. This approach combines the principles of Lean and Six Sigma to create a powerful framework for improving organizational performance. By using Lean to identify and eliminate waste, and Six Sigma to reduce defects and improve quality, organizations can achieve significant improvements in efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
